Savoury Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced chicken breast or ground chicken, turkey, or pork

  • pasta or rice (cooked as instructed)

  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup of diced sweet onion

  • 1/4 cup of diced snap peas

  • 1/4 cup of diced sweet mini peppers

  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon diced or minced garlic (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon of grape-seed oil (or oil of your choice)

  • 1/2 tablespoon of Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Savoury Paste (add more to taste if you want more spice)

  • Fresh diced basil for garnishing



Instructions:

  1. Warm up your pan, add oil and then garlic

  2. Sauté for 2- 3 minutes until garlic becomes fragrant, then add your choice of protein.

  3. Cook protein until it's halfway done (or to your liking), then add diced onions, snap peas, and peppers, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until meat is fully cooked (to your liking)

  4. Add Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Savoury Paste, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Add tomato last and basil (if you'd like) and mix well again, then remove the heat.

  6. Serve over your choice of pasta or rice

  7. Enjoy!
