Crab Salad by Chef Ooh

Ingredients:·

  • Red Onion

  • Mini Peppers

  • Snap Peas

  • Diced Parsley or Cilantro (optional)

  • 2 Tablespoons Crab or Lobster Meat

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayo (add to taste; if too spicy, add more mayo)



Instructions:

1. Julienne-style cut red onion, mini peppers, snap peas

2. Mix Chili Citrus Sauce and Mayo

3. Add cut vegetables to the mix and mix well, then add the crab or lobster meat

4. Mix well

5. Served over a bed of greens or in your favorite buns, wrap or bread

6. Enjoy!
