Lemongrass & Ginger Avocado Salmon


  • 6 oz. skinless salmon fillet

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Sal, to taste

  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced

  • ¼ medium red onion, chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tbsp Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Lemongrass & Ginger Vinaigrette


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. On the prepared baking sheet, rub the salmon with the garlic, pepper, and 1 tbsp of Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Lemongrass & Ginger Vinaigrette.

  3. Bake for 10 -12 minutes, until cooked through

  4. Make the avocado topping: In a small bowl mix together the avocado, red onion, cilantro, 1 tbsp of Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Lemongrass & Ginger Vinaigrette, salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix, don’t overmix to avoid breaking up the avocado.

  5. Spoon the avocado topping over the salmon.

  6. Enjoy!
