Pan Seared Scallops
Ingredients:
½ lb. of Sea Scallops (usually it's 1/2 lb. per person)
1/2 cup of Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Green Curry Sauce
Instructions:
Pan Seared Sea Scallops – remove from the pan and set aside.
Add Any Sauce of your choice to the pan to heat up
Drizzle over the cooked Scallops.
Serve with Rice, Noodles or Salad.
