Pan Seared Scallops


Ingredients:

  • ½ lb. of Sea Scallops (usually it's 1/2 lb. per person)

  • 1/2 cup of Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Green Curry Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Pan Seared Sea Scallops – remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. Add Any Sauce of your choice to the pan to heat up

  3. Drizzle over the cooked Scallops.

  4. Serve with Rice, Noodles or Salad.
