This is an easy, fun recipe worth trying that's full of flavors! When sealing your dumplings use either your fingers to pinch the wrapper closed or use a fork to press it close. Have fun with it!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Ground Chicken
1/2 Cup Diced Shrimp
1/4 Cup Diced Shiitake Mushrooms
2 TBSP Diced Scallions
1 TBSP Minced Ginger
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP White OR Brown Sugar
1/2 TBSP Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce (Optional - Add to taste)
Salt & Pepper (Add to taste)
Dumpling Wrappers of your choice
Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Vegan Pad Thai Sauce (For Dipping Sauce)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients #1 - #8 together, then add ingredients #9 - #10 to taste. Cook small amount to check flavor.
Add about 1 tablespoon of dumpling filling into a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal with water or egg white.
Dumplings can be steamed, pan fried or deep fried.
Serve with Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Vegan Pad Thai Sauce for dipping.
