Chicken & Shrimp Dumplings

This is an easy, fun recipe worth trying that's full of flavors! When sealing your dumplings use either your fingers to pinch the wrapper closed or use a fork to press it close. Have fun with it!


  1. 1/2 Cup Ground Chicken

  2. 1/2 Cup Diced Shrimp

  3. 1/4 Cup Diced Shiitake Mushrooms

  4. 2 TBSP Diced Scallions

  5. 1 TBSP Minced Ginger

  6. 1 TBSP Minced Garlic

  7. 1 TBSP White OR Brown Sugar

  8. 1/2 TBSP Sesame Oil

  9. Soy Sauce (Optional - Add to taste)

  10. Salt & Pepper (Add to taste)

  11. Dumpling Wrappers of your choice

  12. Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Vegan Pad Thai Sauce (For Dipping Sauce)


  • Mix all the ingredients #1 - #8 together, then add ingredients #9 - #10 to taste. Cook small amount to check flavor.

  • Add about 1 tablespoon of dumpling filling into a dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper and seal with water or egg white.

  • Dumplings can be steamed, pan fried or deep fried.

  • Serve with Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Vegan Pad Thai Sauce for dipping.
