Explorer Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Salad mix (premade or make yourself)
2. Sushi grade tuna
3. Avocado
4. Cucumber
5. Marinated artichoke heart
6. Scallions
7. Lemongrass & Ginger Vinaigrette
Instructions:
Dice all the vegetables
Slice tuna to your liking
Mix the vegetables and tuna with Lemongrass & Ginger Vinaigrette.
Serve over a bed of salad mix
This recipe can also be used with Sake Miso Dressing
