Stir Fry Beef And Udon Noodles


  • Beef (6 oz.)

  • Udon Noodles (4 Oz.) / Can be sub with any kind of noodles or pasta of your choice

  • Vegetables of your choice

  • Cooking oil (1 tbsp.)

  • Explorer Food Sake Miso Dressing (1/3- 1/2 Cup)

  • Garlic, Salt and Pepper (optional)


  1. Clean and Slice your beef and vegetables to similar size of your choice

  2. Heat up your pan, add cooking oil and add beef let it cook and slowly add garlic if you'd like.

  3. Keep stirring then slowly add vegetables, keep cooking until vegetables and beef are halfway done.

  4. Add noodles and lastly add 1/3 cup of sake miso dressing as a stir fry sauce.

  5. Keep cooking until all ingredients are cooked to your taste. Add salt and pepper if desire
