Steamed Fish with Sake Miso and Ginger


  • 8 oz. Fish filet of your choice

  • 1/4 Cup of Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Sake Miso Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp. of sliced fresh ginger

  • 1/2 Cup vegetable of your choice


  1. Place sliced fresh ginger on fish

  2. Heat up sautéed pan with medium heat, add sake miso and fish

  3. Keep it covered for 10 -15 minutes or until fish cooked to your preference

  4. About 5 minutes before the end of cooking your fish, add the freshly washed vegetables of your choice and cover. Let cook to your preference.

  5. Best served with rice or noodles.

Chef's Tip: Substitute Lemongrass by Chef Ooh Sake Miso Sauce with our Chili Citrus Sauce for a different flavor for your next meal!
