Spicy Tuna Crouquett


  • 1 Cup - Diced Ahi Tuna

  • 1 Cup - Spicy Mayo (Equal part of Sriracha and Mayonnaise)

  • 1 Cup - Cooked Sushi Rice

  • Rice Seasoning (optional)

  • Salt and Pepper (Optional, Add to taste)

  • Explorer Food's Almond Spice Rub

  • Explorer Food's Vegan Pad Thai Sauce for dipping (or substitute with other sauce that you like).


1. Mix together the ingredients: Diced Ahi Tuna, Spicy Mayo, Cooked Sushi Rice, Rice Seasoning, Salt and Pepper.

2. Mold into any shape you like - we used the ice cube tray to form the crouquett in the video.

3. Rub the finished crouquett with the Explorer Food's Almond Spice Rub.

4. You can either deep fried, pan seared or baked to your liking.

5. Serve with Explorer Food's Vegan Pad Thai Sauce OR Spicy Mayo
