Spicy Chili Lime Dipping Sauce (Traditional Thai Seafood Dipping Sauce)


  • 1 Cup - Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce

  • 1 Cup - Bell Peppers (Red or Green or Both depending on your color preference)

  • 2 Tbsp - Lime Juice (fresh squeezed is best and optional depending on how citrusy you like it)

  • Cilantro to taste (optional)


  1. Blend all of the ingredients together.

  2. Add lime juice depending on your taste preference

Chef’s Tip: Adjust portion of the sauce depending on your tolerance of spice level if you like it spicer add bird chili to the mixture to taste. This dipping sauce is great on seafood and steak. Enjoy!
