Pumpkin Custard Dessert


Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1 Cup - Coconut Milk

  • 1 1/2 Cup - Brown or Palm Sugar

  • 1/2 Tbsp. - Salt

  • 6 Mini Pumpkins

Directions

  1. Cut top of mini pumpkins and hollow out the pumpkins

  2. Steam or bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until soften to your liking

  3. Mix all ingredients together

  4. Pour mixture into the partially cooked mini pumpkins

  5. Steam or bake in 350 degree oven for an additional 20 minutes
