Pan Seared Swordfish with Explorer Food Chili Citrus Sauce Stir Fried Veggies


  • 1 Cup - Vegetables of your choice

  • 8 oz. - Swordfish (substitute to your preference if you'd like)

  • ⅓ cup - Explorer Food Chili Citrus Sauce

  • 1-2 Tbsp. - Grapeseed Oil or Your Choice of Cooking Oil


  1. Heat up your pan and add your cooking oil of choice

  2. Add and sear the swordfish, flip and sear the other side

  3. Add your vegetables of choice (for harder vegetables like carrots, cook ahead of time to soften), cook and mix well (approximately 5-6 minutes)

  4. Now add Explorer Food Chili Citrus Sauce to the mixture, cover and bring to a boil

  5. When vegetables are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and serve hot

  6. Enjoy!
