  • Lamb Loin (10-12 oz.)

  • Explorer Food Almond Spice Rub (enough to fully coat the lamb loin)

  • Mayo 2 TBSP

  • Explorer Food Chili Citrus Sauce 2 TBSP


  1. Coat lamb loin (10-12 oz.) with Explorer Almond Spice Rub

  2. Sear and cook coated lamb loin to your preference

  3. Make sauce for your lamb…

  4. Whisking Explorer Chili Citrus Sauce and mayo together

  5. Serve your lamb with the sauce and your favorite roasted vegetables
