Pad Thai Salad


  • 1 Cup - Salad mix (greens) of your choice

  • 1 Cup - Julienned sweet mini peppers, carrots, cucumber, daikon, red onions and cabbage

  • ¼ Cup - Seared diced tofu

  • 1 Egg (cooked into an omelette then cut into thin strips

  • 3 Tbsp - Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Pad Thai Sauce (or more if you desire)

  • 1 Tbsp - crushed peanuts (optional)

  • Diced fresh cilantro for garnishing (optional)


  1. Cook the egg into an omelette to your liking, then cut into thin strips

  2. Toss all the listed ingredients together into a bowl

  3. Pour Pad Thai Sauce

  4. Enjoy!

Chef’s Tip: Great with any choice of cooked protein on top. Adjust and substitute your choice of vegetables and portions to your taste.
