Pad Thai Crispy Duck Breast


  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Asparagus

  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Onions,

  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Enoki Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Cup - Sliced Bok Choy

  • 8 oz. - Duck Breast

  • 1 Tbsp. - Grapeseed Oil or Your Choice of Cooking Oil

  • 1/2 Cup - Explorer Food Pad Thai Sauce


  1. Heat up your pan (NO cooking oil needed - the duck breast is very fatty enough)

  2. Cut some slices into the duck breast on each side and season both sides with some salt and pepper

  3. Sear the duck breast (skin down first)

  4. While cooking the duck breast, heat up another pan and add cooking oil

  5. Add sliced Onions and Asparagus

  6. Add sliced Shiitake Mushrooms

  7. Check / flip your duck as needed. Cooking time for duck breast about 7-10 minute

  8. Now add the Enoki Mushrooms with the other vegetables and mix well

  9. Add the Cherry Tomatoes and Bok Choy and mix well

  10. Now Add the 1/2 cup of Explorer Food Pad Thai Sauce (your choice to add more less)

  11. Mix well and let the vegetables cook to your liking

  12. Check the duck, flip if needed and cook to your liking

  13. Take the duck out of the pan and onto a cutting board, slice to your liking

  14. Plate the sliced, add the cook the vegetables and...

  15. ENJOY!
