Green Curry Pasta with Shrimp


  • 1 Cup of Uncooked Shrimp (peel off the shell if necessary)

  • Pasta (of your choice) - cooked per separate instruction

  • Red Onion (diced to your preference)

  • Mini Peppers (diced to your preference)

  • Snap Peas (diced to your preference)

  • Fresh Basil

  • 1/2 Cup of Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Green Curry Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Milk (optional)

  • 1 Teaspoon of Grapeseed Oil (your choice of cooking oil will work as well)


  1. Heat up your pan and cooking oil of choice (grapeseed oil, olive oil, etc.)

  2. Add the uncooked, peeled shrimp to the warm pan and cook. Flip when shrimp is red to cook both sides evenly

  3. Add the vegetables to cook

  4. When the vegetables are half way cooked (depending on your preference), add the Green Curry sauce and cook for about 2 minutes

  5. Add the cooked pasta and mix well

  6. When the pasta is fully coated (about 2 minutes), add the Coconut Milk (if you choose) and let it cook for another 2 minutes

  7. Add fresh diced basil, mix then serve hot

  8. Enjoy!
