Crab Salad


  • Red Onion

  • Mini Peppers

  • Snap Peas

  • Diced Parsley or Cilantro (optional)

  • 2 Tablespoon Crab or Lobster Meat

  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Citrus Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon Mayo (add to taste, if too spicy ad more mayo)


1. Julienne style cut red onion, mini peppers, snap peas

2. Mix together Chili Citrus Sauce and Mayo

3. Add cut vegetables to the mix and mix well, then add the crab or lobster meat

4. Mix really well

5. Served over a bed of greens or in your favorite buns, wrap or bread

6. Enjoy!
