Chili Citrus Butter Haddock

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Haddock

  • 1/4 Cup Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce

  • 1 Cup of Vegetables

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  1. Salt and pepper the haddock

  2. Warm up the cooking oil and fry the haddock

  3. Add your vegetables

  4. Add 1/4 cup of our Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce

  5. Cook for a few minutes and then add the 2 tablespoon of butter

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Chef's Tip: Substitute fish to your choice of seafood and adjust portion of sauce accordingly to the portion of your vegetable
