Chili Citrus Butter Haddock
Ingredients:
8 oz. Haddock
1/4 Cup Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce
1 Cup of Vegetables
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil
Instructions:
Salt and pepper the haddock
Warm up the cooking oil and fry the haddock
Add your vegetables
Add 1/4 cup of our Lemongrass By Chef Ooh Chili Citrus Sauce
Cook for a few minutes and then add the 2 tablespoon of butter
Serve and enjoy!
Chef's Tip: Substitute fish to your choice of seafood and adjust portion of sauce accordingly to the portion of your vegetable
