Uraiwan (Srisuksai) Danaisawasdi, affectionately known as “Ooh” grew up in a small town in Southern Thailand coming to the Lakes Region of New Hampshire as a high school exchange student. Ooh returned to Thailand where she continued her education earning a degree in International Business Management and then again returning to the Lakes Region to earn her Master’s Degree in Small Business Entrepreneur. Ooh is now the owner, manager and Head Chef of Lemongrass Restaurant in Moultonborough, NH. Lemongrass Restaurant & Sake Bar prides itself on preparing American recipes with an Asian twist.

         

After 12 years of success in the restaurant industry and making Lemongrass Restaurant & Sake Bar a staple in the Lakes Region, Chef Ooh knew it was time to expand her brand give her customers what they wanted most. The ability to make delicious Lemongrass inspired dishes right in the comfort of their own kitchen!
